Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world, however due to COVID-19 restrictions may exist to various countries. This is only temporary until restrictions are lifted. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

I wear the boots professionally on the Mount. I 've tried many kinds of boots lately, Timberland, chiruca, decarhlon. In some I spent more than 200 € and bought these boots already for testing and I was very surprised pleasantly! After an 11km walk with a cumulative level of 500 m, ride through, with aliagas, shrubs and fallen firewood, the boots have remained practically intact, outsole without bad damage, to bad penalties scratches after much abrasion, etc. and to top it off very comfortable. I wear a size 43.5 and I ordered a 44, I get a loose pelin, that means that the sizes are slim to the European ones.

In principle, very good value. The sole is not soft, it is tough. In my case with 25,5 feet I'm a little big, i'll sort it out on a big sock and template basis. maybe the 40 would have gone better if I saw the margin of the template. In my opinion if you have A glitch, of design, well, I think the ankle part should be less wide and the hooks go further for a better fastening. It will already be seen with the use as it turns out and as it is comfortable. If the experience is positive I will buy more from this store.
